The Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) a valuable qualification in its own right, and also serves as a pathway towards gaining advance placement on our 12 Month MBA.


This innovative Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) offers grounding in one of 6 specialist pathways in Entrepreneurship, General Management, Human Resource Management, International Business, Marketing Management and Project Management.


The degree is designed for maximum flexibility, allowing busy professionals to upgrade their skills and build a powerful network, without disruptions to their commitments at work and at home. Classes are held one full weekend in a month.


To qualify for the award of the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, students will have to complete 360 contact hours; comprising of core and elective courses, plus additional hours of workshops, group discussions, take-home assignments and executive development seminars, complete and defend a dissertation of 10-12 thousand words before a panel, and must obtain a minimum Cumulative Weighted Average of 55% to obtain the Graduate Diploma Certificate. The class for a Postgraduate Diploma award shall be determined by the following Cumulative Weighted Averages:

Entry Requirement: Candidates for Postgraduate Diploma courses must normally have: A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or its equivalent.
