The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Global Leadership (BSc.BAGL) is a 21st Century business degree intended to produce an elite group of business leaders,who can drive innovation,lead change and solve complex business problems. It is designed to provide a multi-disciplinary degree with options in:

This practical degree programme is a joint undertaking between Accra Business School and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST) and accredited by the National Accreditation Board of Ghana. Accra Business School provides academic direction while Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST) Awards the degree.

1. International Finance Programme philosophy
This programme is designed to equip students with the theoretical and practical knowledge in Finance and economic principles to enable the individual student to develop self- assurance, being independent in the various aspects of Finance disciplines and relevant profession. This programme is uniquely designed to enable its students develop knowledge and understanding of the institutional framework surrounding finance, nationally and internationally; understanding of the issues and problems facing those sectors; a strong grasp of theoretical models of money, finance at the microeconomic and macroeconomic levels; the ability to apply theoretical concepts in economics to the analysis of policy issues; and an appreciation of the appropriate methods to apply in the analysis of data.
2. International Accounting
This programme is designed to provide students with in-depth understanding of modern day accounting principles and applications with special emphasis on current accounting standards in global context. It is designed to meet the accounting needs for all organisations for local and international, for and non-profit entities, examinations or to pursue graduate studies.
3. International Procurement
This programme has been developed to suit aspects such as Purchasing, Supply Chain Management and International Sourcing. The course is designed to equip individuals with skills and understanding that will enable them to make a contribution to development of competitive advantage.
4. International Project Management
The Project Management is designed to enhance students’ knowledge and skills in the principles, concepts, tools and techniques that improve project performance and organizational effectiveness. Students will examine strategies relating to managing multiple projects as well as all aspects of managing and overseeing business projects, including cost estimates, budget management, cost control, risk assessment, bid negotiation and contracts, and performance reporting critical to the success of any enterprise.
5. International Marketing
The programme has been designed to meet the needs of marketing professionals in an increasingly competitive global marketplace of sophisticated products, consumers, and endless information relations.
6. International Human Resource Management
The course is designed to train middle level manpower in administrative and Human Resource Management concepts and practices for both private and public sector organization in a global setting.
7. International Operations Management
The Operations Management programme is designed to enhance students’ knowledge and skills in the principles, concepts, tools and techniques that improve operations and organizational effectiveness. The programme is designed to enable students to analyse the latest developments in operations practices across a different of sectors for the creation of competitive advantage for any enterprise.
- WASSCE Holders: A1-C6 in the following Three (3) Core Subjects: English Language, Mathematics
and Integrated Science plus credits (A1-C6) in Three Elective Subjects.
- SSSCE Holders A-D in the following Three (3) Core Subjects: English Language, Mathematics and
Integrated Science plus credits (A-D).
- MATURE STUDENTS of 25 years or above in addition to passing an Entrance Examination
(English Language, Mathematics and General Knowledge.)
- HND Holders with relevant working experience in addition to the Minimum Entry Requirements
- FOREIGN APPLICANTS and all others who have any of the above qualifications or their equivalent from an accredited/recognised institution.
Pay GHC420.00 per month, or pay GHC 2,500 per semester.
