I am delighted to announce that last week, over a cup of coffee in London, I had the distinct honor of inviting the former First Minister of Northern Ireland and esteemed Member of the UK House of Lords, Baroness Arlene Foster, to deliver the keynote address at the inaugural Ladies in Leadership Awards (LILA 2023).

Hosted by The Africa Women’s Leadership Academy (TAWLA), a distinguished Centre of the Accra Business School, LILA 2023 will take place on the 16th of November, 2023. This occasion will recognize and celebrate the extraordinary achievements and contributions of women leaders across various sectors.
